Prenatal Yoga Session led by a certified prenatal instructor intended for all moms and moms-to-be! Whether you are in your first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy, or in the postpartum stage, this yoga session is perfect for anyone!
We will focus on relaxing the body, promoting movement and blood flow then coming to a state of release in various muscles and ligaments for an all-around refreshed body feeling.
